About Proactive Roadside Assistance
A local towing and Roadside Assistance company in Pleasant Hills, serving drivers and businesses across the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
Short answer: Proactive Roadside Assistance is a towing and Roadside Assistance company based in Pleasant Hills, PA. We tow cars, work trucks and semis, and help with flats, lockouts, dead batteries, empty tanks and winch-outs across the South Hills. Call (412) 943-7116.
Who We Are
Proactive Roadside Assistance is a local towing company based on Curry Hollow Road in Pleasant Hills. Our work is the South Hills: Pleasant Hills, West Mifflin, Jefferson Hills, Baldwin, Bethel Park, Whitehall, Clairton and South Park.
On every call we try to work the same way: ask the right questions up front, bring the right truck, and explain the job before we hook up your vehicle.
What We Do
- Light duty towing for cars, SUVs and pickups, and flatbed towing for AWD, low and damaged vehicles
- Medium duty towing for box trucks and work vans, and heavy duty towing for semis, dump trucks and buses
- Roadside Assistance: tire changes, car lockouts, jump starts and fuel delivery
- Winch-outs when a vehicle slides into a ditch, mud or snow
How We Work
- The right truck. We ask about your vehicle first, so a sedan gets a light duty tow, an AWD SUV gets a flatbed and a semi gets heavy duty equipment.
- Honest arrival times. We tell you when we can realistically get there, based on where you are and the traffic.
- Clear and courteous. We explain the job and where your vehicle is going before we start.
- Ready for the hills. Steep driveways, narrow streets and winter roads are normal work around here.
What Our Customers Say
