What We Need From You
For your security, we ask for a photo ID, and the name on it should match the registration or insurance card once the car is open. If the car belongs to someone else, they may need to be on the phone.
When It Is Urgent
If a child or a pet is locked inside a hot or cold car, call 911 first. Then call us.
Lost Keys
If the keys are lost, not locked inside, we cannot make a new key at the roadside. We can tow the car to a dealer or locksmith with light duty towing or a flatbed.
